The search engine is configured to try and find all of what you enter on a page.
The words you enter will be found anywhere on the page. For an exact match, you can enter the words in quotes, such as "medical claims" and you will only see pages with those two words where they are together.
If you enter a single word, you may get too many results like entering "Vioxx".
If you enter enough words, you will find exactly what you want.
Example: experienced law firm referral
If you enter too many words, and one is not found, you will get no results for any word.
Example: vioxx medical fish
If this happens, remove some of the words to see what is not being found.
